Structural, pneumatic, surface, and packaging checks run on every chair and desk before it leaves our Foshan factory — documented stage by stage, with photos on request.
INSPECTION PROCESS
Inspection is not a last look at the loading dock. It runs at four fixed points between production and dispatch, and every gate has the authority to hold an order.
Each frame is checked for weld penetration, tube alignment, and five-star base stability. Seat and back are loaded to the rated capacity before the unit moves down the line.
Every gas lift is cycled through its complete stroke and held at each position to confirm no sag, no drift, and a smooth return under body weight.
Powder coating thickness is measured per batch, colour is matched to the approved sample, and edges, welds, and under-seat areas are checked for bare metal.
Cartons are checked for board grade, foam protection, and hardware packing, then the loading plan for a mixed 40HQ container is confirmed so goods arrive undamaged.

STANDARDS & CERTIFICATION
Certification only matters if it shows up in the product. Certificates, test references, and inspection records are available for review at quotation stage.
Our Foshan factory operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering incoming material control, in-process checks, and final inspection.
Seating is tested against BIFMA X5.1 performance requirements for load, durability, and stability, and the test reference is included in the specification.
SGS, BV, TÜV, or your nominated agent can inspect any order in our factory before packing, with access to production and inspection records.
